Procedures

Guests shall comply with all reasonable
rules and procedures in effect at our bed
and breakfast, including but not limited
to health and safety, security procedures
and statutory requirements as to
registration. Food and Drink Guest shall
not bring their own food or drink into
the premises for consumption. Children
Children over 7 years of age are

welcomed but must be supervised by an
adult guest at all times.

Apple House B&B reserves the
right to refuse a guest entry and
accommodation if, on arrival,
management reasonably
considers that the guest is under
the influence of drink or drugs, is
unsuitably dressed or is behaving
in a threatening, abusive or
otherwise unacceptable manner

For your comfort and safety all
bedrooms are strictly non
smoking However, there is
access to the garden,
conservatory and patio area for
you to enjoy, which can also be
used as a smoking area

Policies

Check In / Check Out

� You may check in from 14:00
hours.

� You must check out by 10:30
hours.

Cancellations

� Bookings must be cancelled 1
day in advance of your arrival
date.

� In the event of a no show or a
cancellation with less than 1 day
notice prior to the date of arrival,
an amount equivalent to 100% of
the 1st night booking value will
be charged.

expiry date. By giving us your
credit card details you are

Please note that Final Accounts
settled by credit card are subject
to a 3% surcharge.
