A description is difficult as I arrived very late (10.00 pm) and left at 5.45 next morning. The young man on "Reception" was very pleasant and welcoming, took my luggage up to the room, allowed my friend to use the bathroom in my room and arranged a taxi on my behalf for the following morning. The room was clean and comfortable, although for a couple and for more than 1 night would be rather cramped. Breakfast not applicable. Read less
Likes:
1. The fact it was late at night and someone was on "reception". Had read reviews on other sites where no-one available for a late arrival.
2. The en-suite bathroom.
3. Plenty of tea,coffee,milk
Dislikes:
The thin walls. The couple next door were talking/laughing until past midnight and as I had an early start, eventually knocked on the wall and they became quieter.

Everything. It was just right. It wasn't trying to be luxurious and complicated- it was just simple and good. Clean, simple, well furnished, cheap. The staff member we met was very helpful indeed.

The closeness to my work was a bonus.
Dislikes:
The room had no seating, just a bed, no headboard and was under the window. The sink was too small and did not drain quickly.

The bathroom and bedroom were spotlessly clean. The single bed was comfortable. Parking was available. The room was good value compared to others in the area.
Dislikes:
The room was small (no room for a chair), but for the price, not surprising. Being so close to Heathrow meant there was some aircraft noise.
